🇵🇱 Polish National Independence Day

November 11 marks one of the most important days in Poland’s history — the regaining of independence in 1918, after 123 years of partitions by Russia, Prussia, and Austria.

It is not only a day off, but a powerful symbol of national pride, unity, and remembrance of those who fought for freedom.

Across the country, people take part in:
🎖️ ceremonies and wreath-laying,
🎺 military parades,
🎶 patriotic concerts,
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 family and community events.

The most famous celebration is the Independence March in Warsaw, gathering tens of thousands waving white and red flags, singing the national anthem, and celebrating the spirit of a free Poland.
🇵🇱 Freedom, pride, and resilience — that’s what November 11 stands for.
