Who are we?
First and foremost, we are passionate people, and that passion is reflected in the daily operations of our company. Each of us specializes in something completely different, but we all play an important role in the functioning of our business – the collective actions of our team result in the highest quality services provided to our clients.
From the company’s perspective, we are a multi-industry enterprise whose operating model focuses on separating parts of our clients’ businesses (who are also entrepreneurs) and then taking over the management of those parts. In other words, we can be seen as subcontractors, with the difference being that the service provided by our specialists is done exclusively for our clients, which ensures proper and timely fulfillment of obligations.
Diversification – a business concept that we are very familiar with due to our continuous growth and expanding horizons. We are particularly proud of the specialists we have in metalworking in its broadest sense, as this is the area where our clients most often and for the longest period make use of our services. However, the wide range of services related to metalworking does not limit our offer, and it is constantly being modified in response to the needs of our clients.
As an example of services beyond metalworking, we can confidently point to general construction services, production line support, warehouse management – these areas are not the limit of our cooperation, and if necessary, we will find the specialists who are the perfect solution for your business needs.

Our Modus Operandi
The way we operate is always the same because perfect solutions do not require changes. Before starting cooperation with our clients, we arrange a meeting where we discuss and analyze the structure of the company and assess its needs. After the analysis, we agree with the client on which part of the company and to what extent they would like to entrust us to handle. Once we reach a consensus regarding the cooperation, we immediately assemble a team of specialists who meet the client’s needs, take care of all necessary formalities and duties, and then begin the work and cooperation.
Throughout the cooperation, we continuously ensure the correctness of the process carried out by our specialists and remain in constant contact with the client, responding immediately to their problems, needs, and development plans.
