I worked there from 2020 to 2024 – I started as a locksmith, after completing training I worked as a welder, and later I was promoted to the position of employee coordinator. At the beginning of 2024, I left for abroad. This was not my first company in Poland – I changed several jobs before I found a reliable employer who speaks clearly and keeps their word. All employment conditions presented before starting the job were fully met. I was clearly told that the temporary residence card would take about a year to obtain from the moment of application – and it was indeed the case. The salary was always paid on time. You have to work, as everywhere, but here, for good work, you can count on bonuses. Sonder provided me with stable employment, work clothes, accommodation, transport to work, and all necessary documents and permits. If I return to Poland in the future, I will gladly rejoin the trusted company Sonder. I sincerely recommend it!
